1. Memberships
The Ascend Membership is $25 per month. As long as your subscription is active, you have unlimited access to all courses, guided meditations, and the private community. Some courses may also be available for individual purchase, but every course is included in the Ascend Membership. Once a subscription is canceled, access to all membership content and community features ends immediately.
Memberships are for individual use only. Sharing your login or subscription with others is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
2. Payments & Refund Policy
All payments are processed securely through Thinkific. Membership payments are final and non-refundable, even if you choose not to use the content during your paid period.
Refunds are only offered for pre-paid one-on-one sessions if you cancel or reschedule in advance. No refunds are provided for membership subscriptions.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your Thinkific account, selecting your profile at the top, going to Account → Billing, and choosing the cancel option.
Cancellation will stop all future billing, but past payments will not be refunded. Your access to the membership, courses, and community will end immediately when you cancel.
Please note that if you cancel while paying a lower subscription price and later return, you will be charged the current membership rate at the time you rejoin.
4. Newsletter
You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Simply scroll to the bottom of any email and click “Unsubscribe.” Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive our email updates, but this does not affect your membership status.
5. Data Use & Privacy
User data is collected and stored through Thinkific. Cookies may be used to support site functionality and performance.
6. Service Disclaimers
MediSoul Institute and MediSoul Wellness are not licensed medical providers. We do not provide medical, psychiatric, or dietary treatment. All services, courses, and meditations are intended for educational and personal growth purposes only. You are fully responsible for your own choices, actions, and results.
7. Liability Limitations
By purchasing a membership, course, or session, you agree that MediSoul Institute, MediSoul Wellness, and Holly Janes are not liable for any physical, emotional, or financial outcomes related to participation.
8. Modifications
MediSoul Institute reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
